Cuervo Dance with the Dead

For their annual Dia De Los Muertos celebration in SOHO, NYC, Jose Cuervo enlisted Brian Schmitt, Illustrator Llew Meijia and collaborators Sensorium to create a one of a kind “Dance with the Dead”. The creative team partnered to create new characters for the event, letting guests become and control the “Dead” through dancing with AR projections reacting in real time. The installation also featured a DJ live mixing, custom drinks, an art exhibit with portraits of the characters and an immersive VR experience. The event was produced by BA Reps Alma Lacour and featured incredible interactive animations by Victor Fernandez.
